In addition to completing this application form, each applicant must have his or her supervisor write a letter of support for the applicant’s selection, indicating IN DETAIL the specific level of support for the applicant’s involvement in leading the program or college assessment effort (e.g., release time, reward structure, etc.). Letters should be sent to IDEAL, c/o Dr. Gloria Rogers, 111 Market Place, Suite 1050, Baltimore, MD 21202-4012. Applications for admission will not be considered complete until the support letter is received.
IDEAL Scholars will be selected based on the criteria stated on the IDEAL webpage. Please provide the following information to assist in the selection process. Be as specific as possible.

The submission of this application is an agreement, if accepted, to attend all sessions of the Institute for which you are applying and to participate in the respective academic year activities that are designed for IDEAL Scholars.
You will be notified of your selection within three weeks of submitting your completed application, which includes a letter of support from your supervisor.
