Programs seeking accreditation must submit a Request for Evaluation (RFE).

To secure an ABET evaluation visit for the next accreditation cycle, the request must be submitted to ABET by January 31 along with one graduate's official original transcript from the most recent graduating class for each program requesting evaluation.

Online Renewal Requests:
If your Institution is renewing a program’s existing accreditation please use our online request tool:
    http://main.abet.org/institution  A Username and Password is required.

All other Requests for Evaluation must use an RFE form.  These include the following:

• Institutions that are new to ABET accreditation
• New programs in a new commission (example:  your institution currently has engineering accredited programs and you are seeking initial accreditation for your computing program)
• ASAC
• CAC
• EAC
• TAC
• Off-cycle visits  (example:  there are no other evaluations scheduled at your institution for the coming cycle.)
