D-R-Best-in-Maryland

On December 1, the Public Society Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) Maryland Chapter recently named two components of our branding campaign the “Best in Maryland”. The branding initiative took home the top honor in Institutional Programs (Giving an Industry Leader an Industry-Leading Brand) and Internal Communications (After 80 Years, Still a Modern Leader).

“These two awards offer us the important recognition from our peers in the public relations and marketing community. A month ago, we won important design awards but to have our strategy recognized means that the impact of our work goes way beyond a new logo and colors. From the very beginning, we were energized by the challenge of showing how an 80-year-old organization can still lead and remain relevant. Today, we stand confident that our brand reflects the forward-thinking dynamic organization that we are. Our winning branding campaign and outreach efforts are the result of a very successful partnership developed with Ashton Design and Neil Gaught & Associates,” said Danielle Duran Baron, Senior Director of Global Communications and Marketing.

These awards mark the first phase in a multi-year branding and awareness campaign that will engage ABET Experts, institutional representatives, and key stakeholders in the US and overseas.
