Our Comptroller Jessica Silwick was awarded the American Institute of Public Accountants’, AICPA, National 2015 Women to Watch Award, in the Emerging Category from the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
CPA Emerging Leaders are women CPAs who have demonstrated characteristics that will enable them to become leaders in the profession. Silwick received the award at the Society’s Women to Watch Awards Luncheon on October 13, 2015 at The Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC.
Since joining ABET as a Chief Accountant in 2007, Silwick has been an invaluable asset to our organization. Promoted to Comptroller in October 2014, in her current position, she oversees the management and administration of our financial accounting, treasury and budgeting activities.
