What You Need to Know Before Submission

We know your time is valuable and want to make this process as seamless as possible.

Please ensure all of the following required prerequisites are in place prior to starting the application.

You must have a documented Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process for your credential(s).
You must have completed a full CQI cycle of your credential including data collection, evaluation and implementation of any improvements. This could include internal or external testing (alpha or beta testing) using your CQI process.
You must have at least one learner that completed your offering and provided feedback into the CQI process. (Learner feedback from a pilot testing phase of the credential program, as described above, is sufficient.)
You will need to validate the qualifications of those who create and deliver the content of your credential to ensure they have the appropriate expertise.
